OVERALL THEY WERE GOOD. WE HAVE KNOWN THEM BEFORE FROM EARLIER WORK, AND WE THINK THAT THEY DID GOOD WORK ON ALL OF OUR MICROWAVE REPAIRS. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THE MICROWAVE WOULD NOT TURN OFF WHEN THE TIMER WAS DONE. THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE DIAL ON THE FRONT OF THE MACHINE.

THEY HAVE DONE VERY WELL. I WENT IN THE NIGHT BEFORE BECAUSE I COULD SMELL SOMETHING BURNING, AND I SAW SOME WIRES WERE BURNT. I WENT UP TO THEM AND BOUGHT THE PART. THEN I WENT TO THEM TO CHECK THAT I HAD MADE ALL THE CONNECTIONS. THEY CAME DOWN THE NEXT MORNING TO MAKE SURE IT WAS OK.
